p2pnet.net News:- McDonald’s says it plans to expand the number of restaurants with Wi-Fi access in the San Francisco/San Jose, Portland, Boise and Raleigh areas.
Ronald and Co are already converting existing pilot locations in Seattle, Chicago and New York over to Wi-Fi.
Walk-up customers can pay $2.95 for a two-hour Wi-Fi hook-up and, "McDonald’s Wi-Fi customers will also enjoy customized content, including free digital versions of USA Today, New York Times and BusinessWeek," says the company.
