p2pnet.net News:- Google probably has it nailed. But Yahoo is going to try anyway.

Yahoo yesterday said it will take on Google’s one-gig Gmail email by giving Yahoo emailers ‘virtually unlimited’ capacity by boosting the existing 6mb to 100mb.

That’ll happen in the second or third quarter of this year, a UK spokeswoman for the company told the IDG News Service in a story here.

Premium subscribers paying close to $50 a year for 100mb of storage will be given ‘virtually unlimited’ capacity, and, “Basically it will be hard for users to perceive that there is a limit,” the spokeswoman is quoted as saying.
